I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2012, and my approach is rooted in deep curiosity, warmth, and a belief in our natural capacity for growth and healing. I work primarily with adults, helping them untangle the patterns that keep them feeling stuck—whether in relationships, self-perception, or emotional pain—through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens.
Psychodynamic therapy, or depth work, explores how past experiences and underlying emotional patterns shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others. I’m also trained in EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapy and often take a somatic approach to trauma resolution, recognizing that healing isn’t just about changing thoughts—it’s also about how emotions and past experiences are stored in the body. Sensory-based psychotherapy helps you tune into physical sensations and nervous system responses as a way to process emotions more deeply.
As a former collegiate & professional athlete, I understand the toll that high expectations, discipline, and identity can take on mental health. I also work with those wanting to enhance or understand challenging aspects of their performance.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, reclaiming agency over your life, and moving toward a sense of wholeness that feels authentic to you.
